World Poetry Day
Third grade pupils wrote cinquain poems on the topic "My Room". Cinquain poems typically have 5 lines and follow a syllabic pattern. The following pattern was adopted in order to make it easier for young learners.
1st line - 1 word
2nd line - 2 words
3rd line - 3 words
4th line - 4 words
5th line - 5 words
