ARTFUL CHRISTMAS 2025

An Artful Merry Christmas Activity

My 4th grade and 6th grade pupils brought art-inspired Christmas trees to life by colouring them in the styles of famous painters and iconic artworks. From bold brushstrokes to playful patterns, every tree turned into a unique little masterpiece that captured the pupils' creativity and imagination. The activity blended art with English as pupils wrote their own Christmas wishes and messages alongside their creations.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities

On December 3rd, we celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which aims to raise awareness on issues such as equality, accessibility, respect and social inclusion in order to ensure the equal participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of daily life. Fourth grade pupils engaged in a variety of activities in order to celebrate this special day! They read short texts and watched videos on the topic of disability. They created a poster about guide dogs that support people with visual impairments, wrote their favorite hobbies and sports in Braille so that their classmates could decode them, learned to express the weather in sign language, and colored worksheets on the topic of various types of disabilities.
