WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY


World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on October the 10th in order to raise awareness about mental well-being. It helps us remember that how we feel inside really matters. Talking about our feelings, being kind, and asking for help when we are sad or worried is a big part of staying healthy and happy.
